FAQ

What are your hours of operation?

Our showroom is open Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Evenings and Weekend appointments available.

What is the process?

Call us or come to our showroom. We can come to your home and professionally measure the space and exact dimensions of your shower door or bath enclosure opening. We will discuss options for design, glass and hardware and provide you with a quote. We will fabricate your order and inspect all materials prior to contacting you to schedule your installation appointment.

How long will it be before my shower door is installed?

From the time of our measurement most installs are completed in 5 to 10 days.

How long does it take for the installation?

Most shower door installations are completed within 1 to 3 hours.

Are shower doors waterproof?

While many will contain most water, shower doors are not designed to take a direct water source. Most enclosures won’t leak. If you are using a handheld shower attachment or the shower head is pointed at the door you should expect some leakage.

Are shower doors easy to install?

No. They require precise measurements which often cannot be off by even 1/8 of an inch or they won’t fit properly. A precise measurement is critical due to most walls being slightly out of plumb.

Are all shower installers the same?

No. Shower door companies are required to be licensed by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) for any job exceeding $500. Shower Doors must fit precisely to be functional and safe. Many glass companies claim to be shower door pros, but their specialty is glass, not glass shower doors. There is a big difference.
